Solutions
We manufacture cotton textiles to your exact specifications — your design, your GSM, your dimensions — produced under strict quality control and ready for export under your brand.
What is OEM Manufacturing
OEM manufacturing means you provide the specifications — GSM weight, dimensions, colour references, fabric construction, finish treatment — and we produce the product exactly as defined. You own the design. We own the manufacturing.
This model suits buyers who have already developed their product standards and need a reliable manufacturing partner in Egypt to execute production at volume. Hotel chains specifying their in-room towel programme, retail brands sourcing a proprietary line, and distributors building their own product catalogue all work this way with us.
The process is structured: technical brief, sample production, approval, bulk run, QC inspection, packing, export. At each stage we share updates and documentation. If you're not sure OEM is the right fit, our OEM vs private label guide compares it against our private label manufacturing programme. OEM production covers everything from sports towels to bathrobes, with custom textile manufacturing available for non-standard specifications.
Why OEM
Building to your own specification changes the commercial position of the finished product, not just how it looks.
Fabric, GSM, dimensions, construction, and finish are built to your brief — not selected from an existing catalogue.
A construction unique to your brand is harder for competitors to replicate than a re-branded stock item.
Specifying exactly what you need avoids paying for features or fabric weight your product doesn't require.
Polybag, printed box, retail-ready packaging, or bulk cartons — specified per SKU to match your channel.
Selling a product no other retailer stocks removes the direct price comparison that compresses margin on generic goods.
Colourways, jacquard patterns, and construction details built for your brief aren't available to competitors sourcing from the same region.
OEM Workflow
The high-level journey most OEM buyers follow — see the detailed process below for what happens at each stage.
You bring a product concept — a construction, a target GSM, a feature that doesn't exist in an off-the-shelf range.
We review feasibility with you — fabric options, construction methods, and any technical constraints before costing.
A pre-production sample is manufactured to your specification for physical review.
You review, request revisions if needed, and issue written sign-off before bulk production starts.
Bulk manufacturing runs against your approved sample and specification.
Final AQL inspection against the approved sample before anything is packed.
Export documentation prepared and cargo dispatched to your nominated port or forwarder.
OEM Process
You share your product specifications: GSM, dimensions, fabric construction, colour references (Pantone or physical swatch), finish requirements, and quantity targets.
We calculate raw material costs, production costs, and shipping based on your brief. You receive a detailed quote with unit cost, MOQ, and lead time.
We produce 2–3 pre-production samples per SKU. These go through internal measurement and wash testing before shipping to you for review.
You review samples and provide feedback. We revise until you issue written approval. No bulk production starts without your confirmed sign-off.
Production begins with in-line quality checks at yarn, grey fabric, dyed fabric, and finished product stages. Deviations are flagged and corrected before the next stage.
Completed production undergoes AQL 2.5 final inspection. Inspection report with measurements, photos, and wash test results is sent to you before shipment.
Products are packed to your specifications with all export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any additional required paperwork.
